Job Overview

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless electronic data interchange (EDI) with business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain EDI solutions using IBM Sterling.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Manage EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners.
  • Onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections with customers and external partners.
  • Monitor and resolve EDI-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Extensive knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and industry-specific transaction sets.
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processes.
  • Strong understanding of EDI mapping, document translation, and communication protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting the configuration and maintenance of EDI solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.
  • Managing EDI mapping and translation processes for trading partners.
  • Onboarding, testing, and maintaining EDI connections with customers and external partners.

As an EDI professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of electronic data between business partners. This involves configuring and maintaining EDI solutions using IBM Sterling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems, managing EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners, onboarding, testing, and maintaining EDI connections with customers and external partners, and monitoring and resolving EDI-related issues.
