Description :Note-only apply if you are an immediate joiner.Must have-:- Candidate should have experience in B2B Service based.- Please don't apply if you are from Edu Tech industry.- Position-Head of Inside Sales.- Experience-12 to 15 Years.- Location-Noida sector 62.- Immediate Joiners Only.- Interview Mode-F2F.Roles and Responsibilities :What We Expect From You : - A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team.- Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning.Job Description : - You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results.- Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.- Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.Skill Set : - You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning skills; good team player.What We Would Also Like : - MBA from a reputed collage, with excellent team management skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
