Us.Position-Sales Manager.Experience 03 to 07 Years.Immediate Joiner Only.Location-Sector 62, Noida.Tradologie.com is the Worlds First Enquiry to Delivery Trade Enabling B2B Platform working to facilitate Global Trade of Commodities.Since Inception in 2015, the platform has been able to facilitate trade in Excess of 100 BN INR and has a vibrant network of over 70,000 Buyer and 79,000 sellers from 100 + and 29+Countries respectively.Operating from headquarters Located in Noida, a team of 175 dedicated employees strive to build the trade network across the world and provide a complete solution to the trade community to increase ease of business and reduce costs incurred by them while working through traditional Sales and Marketing Channels.A bootstrap company already having offices in 3 countries, tradologie.com is Currently expanding its workforce aggressively and is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals having ambitions to grow with the organization which is aiming to setup international bases across EU and Africa in the upcoming financial year.Roles and Responsibilities:- Inside Sales Manager is an individual contributor role.- Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for connecting the prospective customers, assessing them, propose the value proposition offered and guide them to subscribe for the solution, achieve and exceed sales targets.- Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.- A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture.- The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, mapping, qualifying potential.- An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.- Follow up with clear and effective approach, to convince the customer and help him to decide.Desired Candidate Profile:- Proven experience in selling B2B, SaaS, digital marketing solutions.- Minimum of 01-06 years of sales experience.- A self starter and has a innovative approach to business development.- Experience in sales / business Development / Inside Sales.- Should be able to work as an individual contributor to generate expected revenue.- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent ability to assess customer needs and drive sales through effective solution selling.- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.- Experience in online demonstrating solutions is a plus.- Good organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.- Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- MBA preferred.- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in.- B2B salesSaaS solutions, digital marketing solutions, B2B platforms, EdTech solutions, and concepts.
