Job Description:

As a Senior Finance Manager at Aithent, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health.

You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.

- Analyze financial performance and identify trends.

- Conduct variance analysis and cost-benefit analysis.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

- Manage tax audits and inquiries.

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).

- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e., ERP systems, Excel).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Relevant professional certifications (e., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
