Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance department, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST filings, income tax, and external audits.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring they reflect the company’s condition accurately.
  • Develop financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and ensure internal controls.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of periodic financial statements and returns as required by law.
  • Conduct financial analysis for decision support, including profitability analysis, capital investments, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage treasury functions including liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
