Job Overview :

- Aithent is seeking a skilled .NET Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team.

- The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and system design to coding, testing, and deployment.

- This role will involve working on web-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that high-quality, scalable, and efficient code is delivered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, code, test, and manage multiple applications and systems using .NET technologies.

- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

- Adhere to established coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure the maintainability and scalability of applications.

- Develop and implement automated tests, ensuring robust and reliable code delivery.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications for speed and efficiency.

- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of code and systems.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, and VBScript.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for web-based applications.

- Experience working with relational databases like MS SQL Server and MySQL, with strong SQL skills.

- Familiarity with the entire software development life cycle, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance tuning techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
