Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Associate Sales Consultant to join our remote sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers-including EV users, fleet operators, and residential communities-to promote ChargingAdda's EV charging solutions, qualify leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about the EV sector and possess strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 0–2 Years (EV Industry Experience Preferred / Passionate Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to potential customers

Understand client needs and promote suitable EV charging solutions

Convert qualified leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline

Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and installation

Log all interactions in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Track market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

Experience: 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or EV-related industries

Communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or South Indian languages-Mandatory

Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and spreadsheets

Mindset: Goal-oriented, confident communicator, and quick learner

Should be able to work 6 days a week (Week off on weekdays)

Comfortable with day shift (between 9 AM 8 PM)

Compensation

CTC: ₹1.5-2 LPA + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
