Key Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE - 5+ years of experience in Staffing IT Inside Sales/ BDM/ Account Management.

Engage with prospective B2B customers to identify and qualify leads .

Execute lead discovery and nurturing campaigns.

Warm up leads through consistent follow-ups for marketing and sales teams.

Understand customer campaigns and effectively communicate their brand identity.

Perform pre-sales tasks, including opt-ins, content syndication, and lead qualification.

Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.

Proven ability in lead conversion, cold calling, and appointment setting with C-level executives.

Self-motivated with high energy and multitasking ability.
