Head - Business Transformation

Desired Profile:
- A proven and successful Transformation / Product or IT Manager, ideally in a high-volume outsourced service business providing B2B or B2C services.
- Knowledge of payroll / HR / recruitment would be of value but is not essential
- Experience of leading offshore operations and working effectively with onshore colleagues
- Operated in a fast-paced business environment with a track record of driving change, engaging colleagues, and improving service and operational performance
- Previous demonstrable experience of both innovating existing operational approaches to drive efficiency, as well as implementing innovation to improve efficiency and cost
- Evidence of the ability to define and execute effective Operations
- Management approaches and to work collaboratively across the business to bring together joined up and compelling client solutions
- Accomplished presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of client and internal stakeholders
Introduction to Role:-
As a key member of the business leadership team, reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic business transformation programme encompassing process, automation, product and IT.
- You will be responsible for leading our company through the planning and execution of system, process and digital transformations. With your extensive experience in these areas, you will drive change initiatives that enhance our operational efficiencies, improve customer experience, and ensure that we remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
The role will be based in our Centre of Excellence, Pune. The centre provides outsourced services for clients covering UK, India and Multi-Country payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and Entity Solutions. Pune also hosts most of our business support functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in overseeing largescale digital projects and a deep understanding of both business processes and advanced technology frameworks. This leadership role requires relevant experience in digital transformation, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence, ideally in a B2B operating environment.
The focus of the role will be to achieve a step change in how we utilise systems and automation to provide a great client and colleague experience.
It is about taking us from service teams driven by capacity based upon the number of colleagues we have, to automated output driven by world class processing and leveraging best in class solutions.
