Job Location – Pune


Experience - 15 + years


Qualifications - Electrical Engineer from premier engineering institute


Age group - 40-45 years

Job Description:

To manage the existing Cast Resin Transformer manufacturing operations/ business.

The candidate will be required to devise and execute growth strategies through innovative manufacturing techniques, advanced technologies and new product introduction to meet ever changing customer requirements.

Desired Skills and Expertise :

The candidate must have atleast 5 years of experience as Head of Manufacturing Operations (preferably CRTs) responsible for overall operations including Design, Production, Quality control, Purchase, HR and post-sales supply chain activities.


  • The candidate must have managed operations of a CRT Manufacturing industry having a turnover not less than 100 crores for a period of approximately 5 years.
  • As Operations Head must have overseen design, production, quality control, purchase, HR and post-sales supply chain activities.
  • Lead and guide the business team in the pursuit of profitable new business and maintain clear focus and priorities in the product team.
  • Focus on value creation – value-based pricing and identifying profitable new business opportunities.
  • Develop annual and long-term business plans for the business unit.
  • Develop sales and marketing plan to drive new business to meet business unit goals.
  • Oversight of the sales force as necessary to support business growth and customer retention.
  • Work closely with sales and the total organization regarding business targets and actions including customer meetings and sales calls.
  • Oversight and involvement in the cost estimation process to ensure cost accuracy and appropriate pricing.
  • Prioritization and coordination of engineering activities in support of the business unit goals.
  • Develop strong linkage with operations to ensure cost goals are met, customer needs are prioritized, and quality issues are resolved.
  • Drive and grow a team through coaching and mentorship, focus on the people.
  • Successful track record in managing multi-location operations.
  • He should be familiar with skill matrix, performance monitoring and motivation plans, production optimization, introduction of LEAN Systems,
  • Preparing MIS Norms on productivity etc.
