Responsibilities:

Do you have a passion for crafting compelling stories and a knack for building relationships with the media? Are you a master juggler who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, then Droom, India's leading online marketplace for buying and selling cars, wants YOU to join our dynamic PR team

In this role, you'll be the ultimate PR champion, responsible for:

- Spreading the Droom Word: Develop and execute strategic communication plans that amplify Droom's brand voice and position us as a leader in the automotive e-commerce industry. This includes crafting messaging for both the Droom brand and our visionary founder.

- Building Buzz: Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure placements in top-tier media outlets. Drive interviews, podcasts, and opinion pieces that showcase Droom's innovation and expertise.

- Campaign Crusader: Plan and execute impactful PR campaigns that generate positive press coverage and boost brand awareness. Think outside the box and develop creative strategies that cut through the noise.

- Content King/Queen: Craft compelling press releases, articles, social media posts, and presentations that resonate with our target audience. You'll also work with our design team to ensure all visuals are on point.

- Master Communicator: Be the Droom spokesperson, handling media inquiries with professionalism and finesse.

- Event Extraordinaire: Organize and attend key industry events, press conferences, webinars, and open days, ensuring Droom's presence is felt.

- Public Speaking Pro: Represent Droom confidently at interviews, press conferences, and presentations, captivating audiences with your knowledge and enthusiasm.

- Keeping Everyone Informed: Provide internal and external stakeholders with regular updates on PR progress, new promotional opportunities, and overall media coverage analysis.

- Data Detective: Delve into market research and data to identify trends and insights that inform our communication strategies.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

- Possesses excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Has a strong understanding of the Indian media landscape and the automotive industry (a plus).

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Is a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
