Position: HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Human Resources with a focus on labor and statutory compliance

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA

Location: Malleswaram, Bengaluru

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory


Key Responsibilities:-

Labor Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations, including timely filing and maintenance of statutory records.
  • Handle grievances related to compliance issues and act as a liaison between employees and statutory authorities.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with labor standards.


Statutory Compliance:

  • Manage EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding wages, working hours, and employee welfare.


HR Operations:

  • Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll compliance.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, with a focus on compliance and legal adherence.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.


Employee Engagement & Communication:

  • Provide employees with clear communication regarding compliance policies.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on statutory benefits and compliance practices.


Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for inspections, renewals, and updates.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless compliance processes.


Qualification:-

  • Educational Background: Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in HR roles with a focus on labor and statutory compliance.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Proficiency in handling HR compliance software/tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
