We blend design, technology, and science to create a superior ORAL Care experience that’s effective, intuitive, and environmentally conscious.We’re now seeking a Project Head for Product Development to lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and production of our first-generation electrical ORAL Care Products.Role OverviewAs the Project Head, you’ll own the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and launch. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and design experts while managing suppliers, testing partners, and contract manufacturers.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an engineer or product developer who loves building real-world consumer hardware.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of the electric Oral Care products — concept, design, prototyping, testing, tooling, and production. - Translate user needs and market research into technical specifications and design requirements. - Manage and guide a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as industrial designers. - Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and cost efficiency. - Oversee prototype testing, validation, and compliance for CE/FCC/BIS, IPX waterproofing, safety, and reliability standards. - Coordinate with vendors for component sourcing (motors, batteries, PCBs, bristles, plastics, etc.). - Maintain product development timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. - Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align product roadmap with launch goals. - Foster a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
