TheHead of Projects & Expansionwill play a pivotal role in building the infrastructure that powers this growth.The Opportunity: Head of Projects & Expansion This is ahigh-impact leadership roleat the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible forexpanding Amaha’s physical footprint pan-India —from new OPD clinics to hospital expansions—delivering projectson time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards . Your mandate: todesign, plan, and execute the next wave of Amaha facilities across the country —including2,000 to 5,000 sq. ft. premium OPD centersand40-bed mental health hospitals and rehabilitation facilities —ensuring every space reflects ourclient-first ethoswhile supporting our4x growth ambition in the next 18 months . The role will be full-time andheadquartered in Bangalore , with responsibility for projects across India. Expansion Strategy Lead thenetwork expansion roadmap , identifying new OPD center (2,000–5,000 sq. ft.) and hospital (40-bed mental health and rehab) locations in line with growth targets. Conductfeasibility studies, market assessments, and ROI analysisfor new projects. Partner with leadership and city heads to align expansion plans with business priorities.2. Project Delivery Ownend-to-end deliveryof new clinics and hospital expansions—design, procurement, vendor management, execution, and handover. Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and to Amaha’s quality standards . Implement standardized playbooks and processesto ensure repeatable, scalable project execution.3. Design & Client Experience Work with architects and designers to createhealing, client-centered spacesthat balance functionality, compliance, and premium aesthetics. Ensure facilities reflectAmaha’s brand promise —safe, welcoming, and world-class.4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Build and manage a strong network ofcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors . Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meetscost, quality, and timeline expectations . Liaise withregulators, landlords, and local authoritiesto ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.5. Governance & Reporting Set up robustproject tracking, reporting, and governance systemsfor leadership visibility. Continuously identify opportunities forcost optimization, efficiency, and innovationin project execution.6. Handover to Operations Ensure every completed facility isfully operationally readyat the time of handover. Work closely with city business leads and operations teams to guaranteesmooth transitions , with no gaps in compliance, infrastructure, or client experience. Createhandover protocols, documentation, and support systemsto enable teams to run new facilities seamlessly from day one.What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 8–12 years of experience inprojects, infrastructure development, or expansion , preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail. Proven track record ofdelivering multi-site projectson time and within budget. Strong skills inproject management, vendor management, and cost control . Ability to balancestrategic planning and hands-on execution . Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Good-to-Haves Experience inhealthcare facility design and compliance . Exposure topremium service environments(hospitality, wellness, or retail).
