#### **Job Overview**:

Innomax Skills, a leading organization specializing in skill development and CSR activities, is seeking a **Head of Industry Partnerships & Alliances** to lead efforts in building and managing strategic relationships with industry, corporate, educational institutions, and governmental bodies. The ideal candidate will drive collaborations that enhance our skill development initiatives and expand our CSR outreach programs. This role is critical in ensuring the success of partnerships that support our mission of empowering individuals with skills for the future.


We are particularly looking for candidates who have **prior experience in skilling and CSR initiatives in the states of Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh** to build regional alliances and leverage local networks effectively.


#### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Strategy**: Develop and execute the strategy for industry and institutional partnerships to enhance skill development programs and CSR projects.

- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries, corporations, NGOs, and government bodies to secure collaborations, sponsorships, and funding.

- **Corporate Alliances**: Identify and secure partnerships with corporations for collaborative skill-building initiatives, employee upskilling, and CSR engagement.

- **Program Development**: Work closely with the skill development and CSR teams to design and execute programs that meet the requirements of industry partners.

- **Funding and Sponsorships**: Drive fundraising efforts by securing sponsorships and grants from industry partners to support Innomax’s programs.

- **Regional Focus**: Lead efforts in **Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh** to build regional partnerships and collaborate with local industries, governments, and NGOs to further Innomax’s presence and impact in these areas.

- **Industry Insights**: Provide insights into industry trends, workforce development needs, and emerging technologies to ensure alignment of programs with market demands.

- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead the negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and the long-term success of collaborations.

- **Impact Reporting**: Collaborate with internal teams to measure and report the impact of partnerships, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the training, marketing, and CSR teams to align partnership efforts with organizational goals and strategies.

- **Event Participation**: Represent Innomax Skills at industry events, forums, and conferences to showcase the organization's work and identify new partnership opportunities.


#### **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate alliances, preferably in the education, skill development, or CSR sector.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful Govt, industry partnerships.

- Prior experience in **skilling and CSR initiatives in Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh** is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of the skill development landscape in India is highly desirable.
