Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - M n A


Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Experience of ideation and origination in any sector with excellent understanding of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process steps and regulatory framework

- Ability to articulate complex problems in a clear, concise, and compelling manner with an ability to work under extreme pressure situations.

- Experience in execution of advisory deals (M&A and PE) for Large/Mid corporate clients with hands on knowledge on running the end-to-end deal process, documentation & closure formalities

- Quality, content, and detail orientation while assessing/preparing information memorandum, financial model, and other deal collaterals

- Knowledge about various relevant databases/MIS systems related Demonstrated ability of running multiple mandates simultaneously and a successful execution track record.

- Due diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence investigations into target companies, including legal, operational, financial, and regulatory aspects to identify potential risks and opportunities

- Deal structuring: Negotiating deal terms, including purchase price, payment structure, closing conditions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with the target company
