About the Role

Were seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute scalable SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and domain authority for Export Genius.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

- Own the SEO roadmap and drive measurable growth in organic traffic and lead conversions.

- Implement large-scale, data-driven SEO strategies for dynamic product/category pages.

- Develop and maintain a high-intent keyword strategy to maximize SERP & Technical SEO

- Ensure optimal crawlability, structured data implementation, and Core Web Vitals performance.

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver scalable technical SEO improvements.

- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve on-site SEO SEO & Domain Authority

- Build and execute white-hat link building, guest posting, and digital PR strategies.

- Maintain a clean, high-quality backlink profile aligned with B2B relevance.

- Proactively improve domain authority and reduce toxic Ownership

- Serve as the SEO owner of the Export Genius website, leading transformation and optimization initiatives.

- Drive UX and performance enhancements with an SEO-first Tracking & Reporting

- Define and monitor SEO KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, DA, CTR, and lead conversion.

- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support business Experience

- 46 years of hands-on SEO experience, with success in optimizing large-scale, dynamic or content-driven platforms.

- Proven expertise in eCommerce-style SEO (faceted navigation, scalable templates, etc.

- Solid knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and site performance metrics.

- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and content automation tools.

- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO techniques is a strong Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline Candidates with a portfolio or documented case studies will be given preference.
