Overview:

- Wonderla Resort is a premier leisure and hospitality establishment located near the renowned Wonderla Amusement Park - Bengaluru. Our resort offers a luxurious and relaxing experience to guests, complemented by top-notch amenities and impeccable service. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

A Food and Beverage Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize menus across the Parks & Resort creating standardized menu offerings.

- Plan customized buffets for corporate groups and assist the marketing/sales team in promoting and selling them.

- Organize events like cookery shows or other activities for guest engagement, both in the park and virtually.

- Coordinate food festivals featuring special menus with regional flavours during festive seasons or other occasions.

- Monitor the profitability of all food and beverage outlets and implement strategies for improvement.

- Market and promote Food and Beverages to maximize sales.

- Ensure the Food and Beverage team delivers the highest quality food and achieves the highest financial returns.

- Suggest trendy, visually appealing F&B products, and recipes, coordinating with the Executive Chef.

- Develop Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) menus using culinary techniques, creativity, and innovation.

- Develop strategic partnerships with key food aggregators such as Zomato, Swiggy, & Dunzo.

- Lead the F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.

Key Skills :

- Proven food and beverage management experience.

- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.

- Recipes and menu planning expertise.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and build successful teams.

- Budgeting and cost control knowledge.

- Proficient in managing operations within budgetary constraints.

- Knowledge of major food safety compliance standards.

- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.

- Food plating and presentation skills.

- Flexibility with work schedule.

- Knowledge around kitchen designing, MEP, ducting, and equipment Focus on refurbishment of existing restaurants.

- Standardize recipes and taste for popular products.

- Source quality products from market leaders.

Additional Note:

- You will also be responsible for managing F&B operations within the Resort & Park ensuring consistency and quality across all dining establishments.
