Job Requirements:

Position: State Head

Industry: Oil & Gas

CTC: As per Industry Standards

Work Experience: Prefer minimum 4 years of experience in B2C sales

Location: Bangalore (1 opening) & Hyderabad (1 opening)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to the company’s sales policies, ensuring implementation throughout the assigned territory
  • Develop channel partners to expand the distribution network, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing training and support to achieve set targets
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market potential and historical data, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, utilizing market knowledge to develop and sales strategies
  • Generate regular reports outlining sales performance, achievements, and challenges, providing comprehensive updates to the department head for transparency and alignment with the organizational goals
  • Implement initiatives and strategies to maximize profitability in the assigned territory


Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication with good interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Extensive knowledge of B2C sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership skills on building and leading successful sales teams
  • Proficient in drafting emails and creating analytical excel reports
