About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Product Listing Specialist to join our team, focusing specifically on sunglasses and eyewear products. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuances of e-commerce product management, has a passion for fashion accessories, and knows how to optimize listings for visibility and conversions.

Success in this role means creating accurate, engaging, and high-performing product listings that not only meet marketplace guidelines but also stand out to customers—ultimately driving growth in our eyewear category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload sunglasses and eyewear products to Amazon, our website, Google Shopping, and other e-commerce platforms with precise and appealing product information.
  • Manage and organize product categories for optimal placement and discoverability.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and backend data for maximum visibility and conversion rates.
  • Source, edit, and upload high-quality product images that highlight features and styles effectively.
  • Handle product variations, including different colors, sizes, and styles.
  • Ensure all listings meet Amazon's and other platforms' quality standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain listing quality, updating as needed to reflect new trends or stock changes.
  • Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Research competitor listings, track trends, and implement best practices for growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Strong background in e-commerce and online marketplace management.
  • Experience managing product listings on Amazon, Google Shopping, and brand websites.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Experience with product photography and image editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fashion accessories, particularly sunglasses and eyewear, preferred.
