What are your responsibilities?
Inventory management and Order Fulfillment
You would be responsible for managing our entire operations on D2C overseeing the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders for all channels while ensuring minimal mistakes in orders. Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping processes and reduce delivery lead times.
Data Analysis and Trend Insights:
Utilise data analytics tools to analyze order flow, sales trends, delivery partner performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to WH Ops and Growth team.
Customer Experience:
You would be the person responsible for running the show when it comes to ensuring that all customers have the best shopping experience with Nautinati. You will be the single person team who will run both operations and act as a link between brand and the customers. You would also be handling our potential customers and their queries. Be it Instagram or WhatsApp, you would be the one representing Nautinati and handling their needs
This is a work-from-office role.
