This role will support end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and records management, and coordination with internal teams.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Zoho HR systems, strong communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks independently, and willingness to work night shifts to support global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding activities, including documentation, profile creation, induction coordination, and verification processesMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accuratelyHandle attendance tracking, leave management, shift schedules, and system updates through Zoho People or similar HRIS toolsSupport HR compliance requirements including policy documentation, audit readiness, and record upkeepCoordinate with internal teams and leadership regarding HR requests, data updates, and employee engagement activitiesProvide assistance on grievance handling, query resolution, and escalation follow-throughGenerate HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and analytics as requiredEnsure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data and employee informationAssist in execution of HR operational improvements and workflow enhancementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5 to 6 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle managementMandatory working knowledge of Zoho People / Zoho HRMS for HR-related workflowsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing structured processesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismComfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift)Preferred SkillsExperience supporting HR for global or RPO organizationsUnderstanding of HR compliance frameworks, onboarding best practices, and documentation standardsAbility to multitask and prioritize without needing close supervisionPositive attitude, people-friendly approach, and problem-solving mindsetPerks & BenefitsFamily Health Insurance coverageProvident Fund benefitsNight Shift Allowance providedSafe and reliable Cab Facility for pick-up and dropRewards & Recognition programs celebrating performanceEnergetic workplace environment with monthly and quarterly
