STRATEGIC ALLIANCE & PARTNERSHIPS -ASSITANT MANAGERJob Location : Noida Sector-3 (Near Sect-16 metro station) Salary Range : 15-30% hike on current CTC Working Days : 5 (Monday to Friday)We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamicStrategic Alliance & Partnershipsteam in the fast-paced fintech industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new brand partners through market analysis, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth on our platform.Requirements: Education : Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing / Sales / relevant discipline Experience : 3 – 6 years of experience in Strategic alliance and partnerships within the FinTech/Payments industry. Proven experience in managing partners, and handling negotiations. Strong in building internal & external business relationships in a partnership setting Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality are pre-requisites Brand Partnership experience for Affiliate marketing is a plus Should have knowledge of Deep Link, Whitelabel and API integrations Brand Partnership experiences with Publishers and Advertisers would be of great importance Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to meet clients or attend industry events. Existing network of contacts within the industry will be a plus. Ability to develop and implement effective development strategies with the Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions. Highly goal & result oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Track and report on key performance metrics related to brand partnerships, providing regular updates to senior managementJob responsibilities: Identify and approach potential partners through various channels, including targeted outreach, networking events, and industry conferences to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences and analyse them to make informed partnership decisions. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services & influence the potential partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering ongoing communication and collaboration. Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy. Collaborate with the legal team to draft, review, and execute partnership agreements. Should be able to assess the efficacy of their business initiatives, enabling them to make well-informed decisions based on empirical data and performance metrics. Conduct functional liasoning across Digital Marketing, Branding and Deals Teams, etc. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
