Job Title: Alliance ManagerLocation: Delhi / NCRExperience Required: Around 10 YearsIndustry: IT / Software SalesAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Alliance Manager to drive large software and solutions business through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise software sales, alliance management, and building long-term business relationships that generate significant revenue.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strategic relationships with large System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs to generate joint business opportunities. - Responsible for driving large software and solution deals through SI and OEM partnerships. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners to expand market reach. - Identify, onboard, and manage key alliances to strengthen the organization’s partner ecosystem. - Work closely with internal sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to create and deliver joint value propositions. - Manage end-to-end partner engagement — from relationship development to deal execution. - Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets. - Track market developments, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives. - Represent the company in partner events, joint marketing activities, and strategic business reviews.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Education: B.Tech / B.E. - Experience: Around 10 years in Software / SaaS Alliance Management or Channel Sales. - Proven track record in managing large software and solutions deals through alliances with SIs and OEMs. - Strong experience in partner relationship and ecosystem management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partnership models. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
