CTC: Up to 7 LPA 
Product: Used Car Loan

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Business Sales Manager (BSM) in the Used Car Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and developing channel partnerships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers / RMs

  • Drive business in the Used Car Loan segment across assigned locations

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets

  • Monitor disbursal processes and ensure timely loan processing

  • Prepare and maintain reports on team performance and sales pipeline

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Used Car Loan sales

  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

  • Proven track record in target achievement and team management

  • Strong knowledge of channel development, customer acquisition, and credit norms

  • Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
