Role & responsibilities

  • Overall In charge for the optimum operation of the assigned branch viz. sales, accounts, stocks etc.
  • In charge for the sales from the retail segment for the assigned area.
  • Main exposure of handling Channel Partners ( Distributors & C&F, OR SFA Handling )
  • Responsible for B2C /B2B Sales.
  • Motivate the team members of the branch and ensure that they work on peak performance. To develop applicators for products under LIPL.
  • To manage and motivate all applicator teams.
  • To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.
  • Identify, educate and convert key customers like Architects, builders, contractors, consultants etc. to use/recommend Building Material Products
