The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and multiple priorities with an ability to leverage his/her own network/connections for meeting the hiring requirements of the organization and own the process end to end.Job Responsibilities- Working on the open hiring requirements and ensuring speedy closure of positions. - Understanding the hiring requirement in detail and applying best hiring practices. - Search & source candidates through various means not only limited to an in-house database. - Screening candidates and checking the fitment of the profile. - Plan, and coordinate for scheduling interviews with the hiring manager and hiring team. - Plan, organize, and coordinate campus recruitment as & when needed. - Proactively engaging with the hiring team/hiring manager throughout the interview process and also to understand the interview status and take the next steps. - Keeping the connection with the candidate throughout the process. - Maintain required reports on hiring to generate required status. - Responsible branding and talent acquisition strategy buildingRequirements- Minimum 10yrs of relevant experience in IT recruitment preferably in a global, high-tech organization or product-based company. - Relevant Degree or MBA in HR or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - Good understanding of technologies and skillsets for IT recruitment. - Should be an expert in IT recruitment and hiring methods. - Should have experience in campus recruitment. - Should have experience with ATS, job boards, and other hiring tools. - Should be able to leverage connections and good with networking. - Should be Hands-on in creating relevant reports. - Multi-tasking, go-getter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency. - Attention to detail with excellent organizing skills. - Should be flexible in schedule and own the working end to end. - Should be able to devote the required time for hiring. - Pro-active and high-level ownership & accountability.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
