The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management). - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate and infrastructure professionals. - Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and agencies). - Ensure best candidate experience throughout the process. - Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures of open positions. - Drive employer branding initiatives within the real estate sector.Requirements:- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field. - 3–6 years of experience in real estate recruitment (developers, construction, infrastructure, warehousing, or industrial real estate). - Strong stakeholder management and networking skills. - Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level mandates in real estate. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
