Richful Lube Additive Co. is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock code: 300910), it is the first a-share market listed company of China lubricant additive industry.Richful is an equal opportunities employer, we value diversity in professional backgrounds and life experience.JOB PURPOSE- Develop commercial strategy of targeted market area/applications for plastic additives - Drive & implement the sales plan. - Maximizing profit on product and application level by driving innovation and new product development that meets market demand.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESJob Specific AccountabilitiesArea of responsibility- Know Your Customers - Deliver revenues according to the budget - Improve forecast accuracy - Formalize agreements with customers - Initiate co-creation projects with customers - Prepare monthly reporting scorecards (both financial as well as on customer centricity) and provide recommendations - Contribute to the development of the business strategy in additive market - Lead the implementation of commercial plan in order to achieve the strategy defined and ensure alignment with long term goals - Set up, monitor and review competition landscape - Evaluate, define and prioritise market and customer opportunities in order to increase Richful's competitive position - Oversee the innovation and product portfolio of selected applications in order to cater to the market's demand - Manage the development of differentiated products or product improvements targeting new applications based upon defined customer and market needs - Define and implement the marketing communication strategy in cooperation with Group communication and Regions to position the applications, brands and productsCommunications & Working RelationshipsInternal- Work closely with Richful group, and Corporate technical and innovation centre in XinXiang to optimize the product mix according to the business plan - Work closely with China and regional colleagues to formulate and implement the cross regional sales and commercial planExternal- Liaise with key players in the relevant industry value chain - Work closely with relevant industry organizations to gather information in order to develop the image of Richful Lube Additive.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSMinimum Qualification- University degree with preferably a post-graduate qualifications. - More than 10 years of relevant work experience in chemical & additives industry.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills- > 10 years of relevant work experience - Knowledge of relevant systems and processes - Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures - Knowledge of legislation and regulations - Good understanding of chemicals and additives businesses - Consulting and coaching ability - Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to negotiate - Proficiency in English, Chinese is preferable - Set direction, engage and inspire people - Strong leadership to align all functions towards complete customer focus, acting as a voice of the customer - Excellent presentation skills - Conceptual and Analytical thinking - Impact and influence - Customer orientation - Cultural sensitivity - Achievement orientationTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES- Deep understand of chemical and additives industry - General awareness of polymer and plastics products - Strong commercial sense and market analysis - Strategic thinking and financial impact awarenessBEHAVIROAL COMPETENCIES- Leads, coaches and sharing among the team - Good communication and influence power - Ability to work under pressure - Achievement oriented - Customer focus - Willing to travel, visit China site once per quarter.In addition to India, we also offer other work locations, such as Thailand, Japan, and South Korea.This position is open to direct applicants only.
