Our goal is to simplify healthcare for patients while increasing revenue opportunities for providers.Fixed Salary + Commission-Based Variable PayEarn based on partnerships closed and activated. Lucrative payouts per successful onboarding.Who Should Apply:- Individuals with strong networking skills in the medical/healthcare ecosystem. - Medical sales representatives, freelancers, retired pharma professionals. - Own a smartphone, bike (preferred), and a willingness to do field visits. - Willingness for travelDoctor Onboarding (Primary):- Approach independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across Jaipur. - Explain AidNix benefits: - Get more patient footfall via online visibility and referral network. - Join the AidNix discounted consultation and cashback program. - Access easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines. - Collect the doctor’s details, license, clinic timings, and consultation fee. - Help list them on the AidNix platform. - Ensure first appointment or patient referral is completed (for payout).Lab & Medical Store Onboarding (Secondary):- Onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near the onboarded doctors. - Explain AidNix platform benefits: - Partner with listed doctors for patient referrals. - Enable discounted tests and medicine billing. - Use our free PMS (Pharmacy Management System) if applicable.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management - Ability to work independently and remotely - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
