Location: Jaipur

Position Overview:
The Director of Sales is a senior leadership position responsible for formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational objectives. This role involves managing a dynamic sales team, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the company remains competitive and profitable in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasting models.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Define clear performance metrics and monitor individual and team achievements.
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Address client concerns proactively to ensure superior satisfaction and retention.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Present detailed sales performance reports and insights to the executive leadership team.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and shifting market conditions.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Foster smooth coordination between sales and other departments to achieve common objectives.
Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Identify and explore new revenue streams while optimizing existing ones.
- Develop pricing strategies and proposals to ensure profitability.
- Oversee contract negotiations and finalize high-value deals.
Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive markets.
Skills:
- Proven leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
