Key Responsibilities:1. Production & Regulatory Compliance- Coordinate with the manufacturing partner (Reve Pharma) on production timelines, FDA/FSSAI licensing, and packaging approvals.- Track vendor documentation, quality control reports, and ensure timely submission of all regulatory paperwork.2. Supply Chain & Logistics- Support sourcing and negotiation with raw material and packaging vendors.- Manage inventory movement from manufacturer to storage/warehouse locations.- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.3. E-commerce & Marketplace Operations- Lead product registration, listing, and catalog management across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, and HealthKart.- Optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, competitive pricing, and SEO-driven keywords.- Monitor inventory, coordinate promotions, and ensure smooth integration with marketplace systems.4. Marketing & Influencer Activation- Support outreach to gynecologists, health professionals, and wellness influencers for sampling and awareness campaigns.- Gather and analyze trial feedback to iterate on product positioning and messaging.- Collaborate on content planning and execution across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.5.
