Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flutter developers.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, including performance optimization and security.

  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-performance and user-friendly mobile apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, particularly related to Flutter.
  • Manage mobile app release cycles and deployments.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter app development.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
  • Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UI/UX design, and development best practices.
  • Knowledge of state management techniques in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and leading project teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with native iOS or Android development.
  • Familiarity with Firebase and other mobile-related back-end services.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD for mobile apps.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce domain is a plus.
