Position: Senior Flutter Developer

Experience: 5+ Years in Front-end and Back-end Development

Location: Remote


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a solid understanding of both Flutter and Dart, along with a deep knowledge of front-end design principles and back-end integration techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Design and implement efficient and reusable front-end systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and efficient backend solutions.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and other back-end services with the front-end.
  • Debug and resolve performance and reliability issues on mobile and back-end systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
  • Stay updated on Flutter updates, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Knowledge of popular front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with back-end frameworks and tools (e.g., Node.js, Express, Firebase, MongoDB, SQL databases).
  • Proficient understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS).
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing.
  • Previous experience in a lead role.
