Asthe Lead Flutter Developer you will play a pivotal role indesigning developing and maintaining highperformance mobileapplications. You will leverage your expertise in Flutter and Dartto build and optimize our mobile apps guiding a team of developersto deliver topnotchsolutions.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadthe development and enhancement of mobile applications usingFlutter and Dart.
  • Architect and implementscalable and efficient solutions for complex mobileapplications.
  • Collaborate with product managersdesigners and other stakeholders to define and refine applicationrequirements.
  • Conduct code reviews providementorship and ensure adherence to best practices and codingstandards.
  • Optimize application performance andtroubleshoot issues across various devices andplatforms.
  • Stay uptodate with the latestindustry trends and technologies to drive innovation in mobiledevelopment.
  • Manage project timelines anddeliverables ensuring timely and successful completion ofdevelopmentmilestones.

Qualifications:
  • Provenexperience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobileapplications built with Flutter andDart.
  • Indepth knowledge of mobile applicationdevelopment best practices including UI/UX design principles andmobile architecture.
  • Experience leadingdevelopment teams and managing projects from concept todeployment.
  • Proficiency in integrating withRESTful APIs and thirdparty libraries.
  • Strongunderstanding of version control systems (e.g. Git) and agiledevelopment methodologies.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to work independently andcollaboratively.
  • Effective communication skillsand a proactive approach to projectmanagement.

PreferredSkills:
  • Experiencewith state management solutions such as Provider Riverpod orBloc.
  • Knowledge of native Android and iOSdevelopment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with backendtechnologies and cloud services (e.g. Firebase AWS) isadvantageous.
