Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow homes and apartment sales marketing portfolio by building strategic partnerships with real estate developers. Based in Bangalore, this role is pivotal in sourcing inventory, expanding market presence, and driving revenue across the India market through strong developer alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with residential real estate developers to source new project inventory across Bangalore and other key Indian cities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of exclusive and non-exclusive developer partnerships for current and upcoming residential projects to market (apartments, villas, gated communities).
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to position and promote sourced inventory effectively to end customers and channel partners.
  • Negotiate terms of engagement with developers, including commissions, marketing support, exclusivity rights, and performance targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, project approvals, and pricing dynamics to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at developer meetings, property launches, expos, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within developer organizations (CXOs, Sales Heads, Project Managers, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate business development, preferably with a focus on developer relationship management and their marketing needs.
  • Strong network within the real estate developer community in Bangalore and across India.
  • Proven ability to generate business through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win-win partnerships.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B real estate sales and marketing or working with property consultancies.
  • Ability to travel as required.
