Lifestyle Manager: Equipped with professional attention, prompt service, strict quality controls, and effective anticipation of needs, our dedicated lifestyle team helps customers with various tasks, from sending flowers on birthdays to recommending home products.

Trained Professionals: Offering a more professional service than domestic helpers, we provide customers with trained home specialists who handle all household tasks, chores, and errands. If customers already have a helper, we train them to maximise their potential and effectiveness.

Technology: We eliminate the hassle of home management by providing customers with constant advice, reminders, and nudges, backed by an algorithm that remembers preferences and generates instructions to meet their home goals.

A Lifestyle Manager at Pinch is deeply empathetic, passionate about helping people, and committed to improving lives. Every family has unique needs, wants, preferences, and behaviours. Our Lifestyle Manager understands this, develops a deep bond with the family, and designs solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

  • Determine customer satisfaction regarding the services provided
  • Identify areas for improvement and iterate solution design to enhance customer service
  • Raise complaints, queries, grievances, feedback, etc., to relevant teams for resolution
RequirementsSkills & Qualifications
