Overview: As a Robotics Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced robotics solutions to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s robotic products and services.
  • Identify potential clients in designated markets and sectors through research and networking.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of robotic systems to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop custom solutions based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to ensure client needs are met and to foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product development to effectively position our offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to promote products and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or related high-tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear benefits for clients.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and support sales initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical knowledge specific to the robotics applications relevant to the industry served.
  • Multilingual abilities can be a plus in multinational dealings.
