The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, negotiating deals, and creating business development plans. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities→ Identify and finalize high-potential locations for new preschools and daycare centers.→ Manage vendor and contractor relationships to deliver centers as per brand standards.→ Execute structured launch plans that build strong admissions momentum.→ Track centre performance and implement strategies for growth.→ Mentor and support Centre Heads to achieve operational excellence.Qualifications- Business development, market research, and strategic planning skills - Experience in negotiating deals and managing partnerships - Leadership and team collaboration skills - Excellent communication and networking abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - A proven track record in a similar role in the education sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
