Location: Chennai.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Sales Specialist to grow our IT Solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving our business growth across the international markets, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as Analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and Customised Product Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving substantial revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify and target key industries including BFSI and FMCG for business expansion.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and decide where to invest in marketing efforts.

Team Management:

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Oversee the entire sales process including lead generation, pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales cycle management.

- Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Client and Revenue Management:

- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 clients with an annual revenue of 1M USD.

- Handle both pre-sales and hard closure activities, including financial negotiations and final closures.

- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Solution Selling:

- Promote and sell a suite of IT solutions, including Analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and Customised Product Solutions.

- Identify opportunities for new product enhancements and idea creation to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions that align with client requirements.

Job Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) and MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.

- 10+ years of experience in IT sales.

- Proven track record of managing large P&L accounts and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI and FMCG industries.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
