Job Purpose you are : - Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.- Design & implement the best engineered technical solutions using latest technologies and tools. - Driving and improving the QA team in areas of agile testing and automated testing. - Must have experience in Playwright and Typescript. - Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance, Testing and Test Automation. - Provide technical expertise in Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Test Automation, Tools and Techniques across the teams. - Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines, and best practices of the QA strategy as defined. - Mentor and provide leadership to the QA engineers. - Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluation of QA team members. - Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation. - Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards. - Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. - Implement steps required to improve the processes. - Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders. - Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. - This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc. - Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams. - Work with Development managers and the Software Development Leadership to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality will excite us : - About 9+ years of overall experience and at least 2 years in a playwright. - Ability to build, implement and direct quality assurance principles and maintain the quality of delivery. - Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes. - Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment. - Strong experience in and understanding of Test Strategy and ability to design and implement. - Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly. - Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices. - Experience with Testing Tools & Frameworks for functional, performance & automation testing. - Experience with Performance Testing for Web Based Applications. - Experience with continuous integration tools and source control tools. - Good experience in building and using automation frameworks. - Collaborate with BA, Scrum Master, Project Manager and other stakeholders in prioritizing the right set of Quality initiatives to meet business goals. - Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high performing QA team. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication and proven leadership skills with the ability to lead. - Strong written and verbal communications skills; able to effectively present to varied will excite you : - Opportunity to work on large scale enterprise solution building. - Opportunity to explore new technologies & frameworks with accomplished solution architects & industry leaders. - Will get exposure to latest aspects of security, AI/ML, Business Domain and data : Working from Office from Ahmedabad.
