About the job :Who you are :- Minimum 4+ years relevant experience as a scrum Master and 7+ Years in the IT industry, Scrum master certification is a plus.- Experience in a scrum master role.- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.- Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.- Manage each projects scope and timeline.- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.- Work with product owners/ Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.- Help teams implement changes effectively.- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.- Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product post-launch.What will excite us :Experience :- Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master.- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience within the IT industry.- Proven track record of successfully applying the Scrum framework to software development teams.- Familiarity with software development.- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog : Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is a significant plus.Technical Skills & Knowledge :- Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts, including :1. "Definition of Done" (DoD)2. Crafting effective User Stories3. Automated Testing principles4. Backlog refinement strategies5. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and its challenges.- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.- Fintech domain experience is added advantage.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.- Excellent attention to detail.- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.- Creative and innovative thinker.- Easy Flexibility & Adaptability (ref:hirist.tech)
