Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Tech and Product teams. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving people strategy, talent development, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical teams and a strong understanding of product development and engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with Tech and Product leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, and succession planning for technical roles.
- Performance & Engagement: Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development for Tech and Product teams.
- Change & OD: Lead change initiatives and facilitate organizational development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote DEI within Tech and Product teams, ensuring inclusive hiring and development practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HRBP experience, with 3-5 years supporting Tech and Product teams.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, SDLC, and product development processes.
- Experience in people strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational development.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
