Job Description: Partnership Manager/Senior Manager – Healthcare Products/Devices

Industry Focus: Corporate, PSU, Banks, and Hospitals (e.g., Paras, Medanta) and retail chains

Location: Gurgaon


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager/Senior Manager with 8-10 years of experience to drive strategic partnerships for our healthcare products/devices across corporates, PSUs, banks, and hospitals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in establishing and managing online and offline brand partnerships and thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnerships Development:
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard key corporate, PSU, banking, and hospital partners to promote healthcare products/devices.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  1. Field Engagement (70%):
  • Regular on-site visits to prospective and existing partners for presentations, negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Conduct training and workshops to enhance partner engagement and product understanding.
  1. Office Operations (30%):
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on partnership goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and create reports to track partnership success and areas of improvement.
  1. Campaign Execution:
  • Design and execute co-branded campaigns across online and offline platforms to maximize partner visibility and product uptake.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership ROI.
  1. Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 8-10 years in partnerships, business development, or key account management (preferably in the healthcare products/devices industry).
  • Demonstrated experience in both online and offline partnerships.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across industries like corporates, PSUs, banks, and hospitals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Work Mix:
  • 70% field-based (extensive travel as required)
  • 30% office-based
  • Preferred Qualities:
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
