Customer Success Executive Filed Role Overview As a Sniper, you are Intelmor's specialized closer. You handle the critical phase of demonstrating product value, finalizing deals, and catalyzing upsells. You'll work closely with Spotters and Customer Success teams to deliver on the promise of Intelmor's AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Onsite Demos & Product Launch : Conduct thorough in-person demos of Intelmor's SaaS solutions (e.g., Penyo AI) to showcase real-world ROI and immediate benefits. Deal Closure : Collaborate with Spotters to finalize MSA sign-ups, ensuring smooth handoffs from initial interest to contract execution. Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to offer add-on modules or advanced features (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers). Aim for daily upsell targets. Technical Coordination : Work with internal Product and Tech teams to gather necessary brand assets (menus, images, etc.) so new clients can go live quickly. Pipeline Management : Update customer status, deal progress, and potential expansions in Trackolap or other CRM tools. Customer Education : Provide initial training on product features to ensure maximum utilization and success post-onboarding. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or software demos. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth tech environment. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable with mild technical configurations and working alongside engineering teams. High adaptability to quickly understand diverse business needs and demonstrate how Intelmor's AI tools address them.
