Job Overview
Air tel is a leading telecommunications company seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in our territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, increasing market share across our data, voice, and fixed line services, and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies to grow revenue from existing clients.
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to deliver results-oriented solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive data, voice, and broadband installations within assigned territories
- Acquire new accounts and increase market share across all three lines of business
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to grow revenue from existing clients
- Maintain a robust and mature sales funnel for data, voice, and fixed line services
- Track and report competition strategies to support market intelligence efforts
Role Requirements
- Act as single point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end relationships
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize business profitability
- E nsure timely delivery of Airtel solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Strengthen client relationships to support long-term engagement and repeat business
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to influence product and sales strategy
