About the Job: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team who will perform quality reviews of marketing materials across multiple Lines of business and channels prior to their release into the marketplace. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and creative quality. You will play a crucial role in performing Centralized QC functions, ensuring digital and print marketing creatives accurately reflect offer build and/or marketing requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Validation and Quality Check: Follow process and procedures to perform QC validations and demonstrate strong attention to detail to identify issues in marketing material prior to release into the Marketplace. Participate in the planning and execution of QC initiatives. - Collaboration: Partner with various teams in the execution of Marketing campaigns, development of associated quality tests and the creation of process/procedures. - Adoption of new tools and processes : Adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations. - Process optimization : Identify process simplification opportunities within manual validation processes. - Documentation and reporting: Maintain quality documentation, including SOP & QC reports ively identify, troubleshoot  and report bugs and issues in the syste Qualifications: Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Certifications: Digital Marketing and QA Technical Skills: Experienced with Quality Assurance/Quality Control/UAT preferred. Experience with Ad Creatives and Marketing Assets. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability perform under pressure to meet aggressive timelines with excellent attention to details. Language Skills(preferred): Ability to read/write/speak Spanish fluently preferred Analytical Skills: Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to apply appropriate tools and level of analysis to all situations Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
