Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Remote (India-based recruiter supporting US operations) Shift: US Time Zones (EST) Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across the United States. You’ll play a critical role in fulfilling client requirements, maintaining compliance, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) for US-based clients. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for talent acquisition. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations, credentialing, and documentation standards. Collaborate with account managers and credentialing teams to meet client SLAs and fill urgent positions. Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (preferably with staffing agencies). Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines. Familiarity with VMS platforms (e.g., ShiftWise, Medefis, Aya) is a plus. Preferred Traits Results-driven and metrics-oriented. Empathetic communicator with a knack for candidate engagement.
