About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Workday Functional Analyst with hands-on experience configuring Workday modules, especially Recruiting, HCM, and Security , for enterprise HR solutions. You will design workflows, dashboards, and career site configurations while collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Workday modules: Recruiting, HCM, Security. Set up Recruiting workflows (assessments, background checks, interviews, offers). Manage job requisitions, postings, and career site layouts. Integrate electronic signature tools like Adobe Sign. Document configurations and guide HR teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system improvements. Qualifications / Required Skills: 8–12 years of Workday functional experience, especially in Recruiting and HCM. Strong experience with UI/dashboard configurations and workflows. Familiarity with Workday security roles and career site branding. Workday PRO certifications or formal training preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Workday reporting/analytics. Experience with SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, or cloud integrations.
