Role details: Title / Designation: Principal Architect - Java Full Stack Location: Hyderabad/Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR) Experience: 14 to 20 years Role & responsibilities: Lead enterprise architecture and design scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks. Drive modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures. Architect AWS-based solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Design event-driven systems and data integration using Kafka. Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration strategies. Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. Candidate requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred. 14–20 years of experience in software architecture and engineering. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue). Deep hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development. Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration. Skilled in Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming. Experienced in application modernization and transformation initiatives. Proven leadership in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
